Responsible Conduct of Research (RCR) training is complete through the CITI program. Follow these steps to access the training.
- Log in to the CITI Program Online. More detailed instructions for accessing the CITI program can be found on the page CITI Program Training.
- Select View Courses next to University of California, Santa Cruz.
- Navigate to the very bottom of the page, to the Learner Tools box.
- Select the first option, Add a Course.
- Select No for the COVID question.
- In response to the question “What type of training are you interested in?” select the box for Responsible Conduct of Research.
- Select the Next button.
- Select RCR Refresher and then select Next.
- Select whether or not you would like to take the Plagiarism module and select Next.
- The course should now appear on your My Courses tab.
- Select the Start Now button to begin.
